Golf Outing 2005
On Saturday 9th October at the Hawick Golf Club around 30 players and committee ventured forth on a wet and windy day to beat the course.  Guess who won?

A good time was had by all, as cries of joy and mumping were heard all over the course during play.   When play was finished and scorecards checked it was the committee who came out on top with R Charters first, F Neish second and players C Charters and R Smith taking third and fourth, like his brother Ross the year before.

A Turnbull picked up the boobie, a prize worth having, and kept in the family.

The prizes were presented by President D Nicholson who thanked D Blair for his work in organising the run.

Golf Outing 2003
Hawick PSA held their annual golf outing at the Vertish Hill course played in perfect conditions. Greg Cottrell was the winner with 41 points playing off a handicap of 20 (bandit!!), runner up was Ian Harkness with 36 points. Apologies go to the golf club for allowing Shovie Colville and Tosh Turnbull on the course - an amazing score of 6 points between them. Thanks go to Deborah Brown and the girls and Tom Miller for keeping everybody well fed and watered.
